Delete From the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the app:
- Open CrazyWicket
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Follow the confirmation prompts
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Delete via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Send an email to:
Include your CrazyWicket ID (CW-XXXXXXXX) in the email. You can find it in the app under Settings or on your profile card on the home screen.
We will process your deletion request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once complete.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Player profile (team name, country, city)
- Coins, XP, and rank progress
- Tour progress and match history
- Friends list and game invites
- Purchased characters, grounds, and celebrations
- Tournament and series participation
- All account preferences and settings
This action cannot be undone. In-app purchases (coins) are consumable and cannot be restored after account deletion.
